My faith in JESUS CHRIST is the foundation of who I am and how I live my life. Being a disciple of JESUS CHRIST is my greatest responsibility and highest calling. It shapes the way I treat people, conduct my business, and serve my clients—with integrity, honesty, humility, and genuine care.
I’m Nina Wilson, and I’ve been helping people navigate real estate since 2006. After nearly two decades in this business, I’ve learned that real estate is about far more than buying or selling a property. It’s about people, trust, timing, and making important decisions with confidence.
I’m proud to call Corpus Christi home and to specialize in the communities I know and love—including Padre Island, and the extreme Southside of Corpus Christi. My focus includes coastal and canal properties, luxury homes, residential real estate, condos, and investment properties.
My education began at Del Mar College, where I graduated with my Real Estate certification and studied Business Administration. Combined with years of hands-on experience in our local market, this has given me a strong understanding of property values, market conditions, pricing strategy, negotiation, and the unique considerations that come with coastal and canal living.
I take a strategic and personal approach to every transaction. I believe my clients deserve more than someone who simply opens doors or puts a sign in the yard. They deserve a Realtor who listens, communicates, understands the market, provides thoughtful guidance, and takes their goals seriously.
I prioritize long-term client relationships, and I believe in making their vision my vision. Whether I’m helping someone find a place to call home, preparing a property for the market, or developing a thoughtful pricing strategy, I want my clients to feel informed, prepared, and confident throughout the process.
People are trusting me with their homes, their investments, and often some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. I don’t take that trust lightly.
